"I've found this restaurant as one of the suggestions where locals would eat. When I entered the restaurant it was a big empty salon. In less than 15 minutes it was however indeed filled with locals. No English menus so you need a bit of Italian and lots of imagination . The personnel is friendly, free wifi available (do ask for password). The food is tasty (see the photo). Recommended."

"So good we went twice! We cannot recommend this beautiful restaurant highly enough. The warmest service we’ve experienced by far. The food was our favourite. All in all, we have no doubt in recommending Nove Radici. Best to book a table. Love these guys"

"One of the best food experiences I had in Puglia. Salvatore and his family are very welcoming and talented in what they do. I would highly recommend to try the pasta "orecchiette al pommodoro con la cacioricotta pugliese". A traditional handmade pasta and tomato sauce with the typical cheese from the region: the cacioricotta. I definetly will be back. 10 out of 10."

"Guiseppe is super nice and as for the restaurant - the place is super clean and the food is great. We had some brilliant fresh grilled fish and really nice past. By far the best food we had on our trip. All very reasonably priced for the quality and service. Would come back!"
